SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns are available if initiated within 5 business days of receipt if all items are returned in their original UN-USED condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted. If items are damaged during shipping, they will be replaced at no additional charge. Photos of damage is required for return approval. Pending—unfulfilled orders may be canceled without penalty.

Animal Face Tees accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Winchester CA via USPS. Animal Face Tees ships to all 50 U.S. states & worldwide and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Transit times will vary depending on location. It is usually within 1-5 days for domestic shipping and can take up to 2-4 weeks for worldwide shipping.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost package to USPS. If the package is declared as stolen, you must report the package as stolen to your local police department. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is lost via the US Postal Service, please let us know and we can launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the customer chooses to have their package shipped to a third-party carrier - transport or courier company.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if shipping outside of the US. Once the package leaves the US customs, it is out of their and our hands. Any inquires will need to be made to your local postal carrier and/or customs location.
Damaged packages are rare but, in the case, you may receive one, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.
